Global Reach - Client Focus

Our Staff has a unique mix of practical experience and mastery of the Lean Six Sigma methods.  Many members of our team have held General Manager level positions at leading corporations and they are ready to provide support ranging from the development of a corporate approach to integrate Lean Six Sigma with the Business Management system to providing workshops to train teams and individual participants.  Each member of the team is at least certified as a Black Belt but most of our consultants and trainers are certified Master Black Belts or Quality Advisors. 

We have team members around the world to minimize the travel expenses associated with providing personal support for our clients.  Each engagement is led by a Managing Partner to assure the achieve of agreed upon objectives.
